How WANTED was made
The song is measured before anything is drawn: tempo, beat grid, sections, and who sings each line.
Stills are tested until one look is locked, then cast sheets keep every face, uniform and ship the same.
Every shot starts as a still: 128 of them, locked to the cast photos and given an 8K detail pass.
Sung shots go to MiniMax H3 at 2K, driven by the vocal so the mouths lock to the song; the rest to Seedance 2.5.
Every take is checked: faces against the cast photos, lip sync against the vocal, timing slips fixed to the frame.
Five Claude Opus sub-agents spot every shot, frame by frame. 106 effects are generated with ElevenLabs; the bad ones are redone.
